glowing-dust provides culinary services including but not limited to private cooking lessons, personal chef experiences, meal preparation, group workshops, and event catering throughout the United Kingdom.

Booking and Payment

When you submit a booking request through our website:

• Your request is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from our team
• A deposit may be required to secure your booking, depending on the service
• Full payment terms will be provided upon booking confirmation
• All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy varies by service type:

• Private Lessons & Consultations: Cancellations more than 7 days before receive a full refund; within 7 days, rescheduling or 50% refund
• Private Chef Experience: Cancellations more than 14 days before receive a full refund; 7-14 days, 50% refund; less than 7 days, no refund
• Meal Prep: Cancel or pause subscription with 48 hours notice
• Event Catering: Terms provided in individual contracts based on event scale

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Dietary Requirements and Allergies

It is your responsibility to inform us of any dietary requirements, allergies, or intolerances before your service. While we take all reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee that our kitchens are free from allergens. If you have severe allergies, please discuss this with our team before booking.

Access and Facilities

For services provided at your premises:

• You must provide access to a clean, functioning kitchen with adequate equipment
• You are responsible for ensuring the safety and suitability of your premises
• Our staff reserve the right to decline service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable
